    Supervisor:                              Individual Giving Director

    Department:                             Development

    Status:                                     Full-time, Non-Exempt

    Salary Range:                          $40,000-$45,000

    Job Summary: Maximize fundraising effectiveness of the Development team through coordination of donor engagement, prospect management, donor stewardship, research, data integrity, and process needs.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • ·Cross-department project coordination and implementation of donor engagement programs, including brainstorming engagement themes with team members, creating content, coordinating events, leading membership identification and tracking in CRM, distributing communications (including via third party vendor, currently ThankView), tracking and reporting metrics

    ·         Prepare prospect, donor, and other activity reports for staff and meetings

    ·         Lead the implementation of donor stewardship program, including coordination of daily gift notifications to staff, write and distribute wish stories, create sponsorship and event recognition, assess physical item needs and oversee inventory

    ·         Produce individual, corporate, event, and foundation research reports

    ·         Ensure prospect, donor, and CRM data integrity

    ·         Perform other duties as required or assigned

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    ·         Highly organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills

    ·         Creativity

    ·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

    Preferred Education & Experience:

    ·         1 – 3 years related experience

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

    ·         Experience with design software (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
