Get Involved with a WSPN Committee or the Board

We want you to join a WSPN committee!  We are 100% volunteer led and as they say, many hands make light work.  We hope you will consider getting involved.  Below is a list of the many opportunities there are.

WSPN Program Committee
    • Committee member (5 needed) |  Annual Time Commitment: Up to 10 Hours, will include coordinating at least 1 session per year
    • Programs Technology Lead  |  Annual Time Commitment: Up to 10 Hours
WSPN Awards Program (part of the Programs Committee)
    • Vendor Manager (1 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 10 Hours (mostly in spring/summer)
    • Nominations & Honoree Manager (1 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 15 Hours (mostly in spring/summer)
    • Communications & Publications Manager (1 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 10 Hours (mostly in spring/summer)
    • Day of Esthetics Coordinator (Nametags, PowerPoint, Posters)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 10 Hours (mostly in spring/summer)
    • Sponsorship Managers (4 Needed)   |  Annual Time Commitment: 10 Hours (mostly in spring/summer)
WSPN Communications Committee
    • WSPN Communications Co-Chair (2 Needed)   |  Monthly Time Commitment: Up to 5 Hours per Month
    • Digital Art Design Manager (1 Needed)   |  Monthly Time Commitment: Up to 5 Hours per Month
    • E-Newsletter Editor (1 Needed)   |  Monthly Time Commitment: Up to 5 Hours per Month
    • Website Manager (1 Needed)   |  Monthly Time Commitment: Up to 5 Hours per Month
WSPN Membership Committee
    • New Member & Current Member Outreach/Engagement Manager (DuPage County)   |  Annual Time Commitment: 24 Hours
    • New Member & Current Member Outreach/Engagement Manager (Kane County)   |  Annual Time Commitment: 24 Hours
    • New Member & Current Member Outreach/Engagement Manager (Kendall County)   |  Annual Time Commitment: 24 Hours
    • New Member & Current Member Outreach/Engagement Manager (Cook County – NW Suburbs)   |  Annual Time Commitment: 24 Hours
    • Member Networking Event Planner (2 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 20 Hours (supporting up to four events annually)
WSPN Finance Committee Co-Chair (1 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 12 Hours
Nominations Committee Member (3 Needed)  |  Annual Time Commitment: 4 Hours
