Manage Stress and Increase Resilience
Stress is a normal part of life--it’s how we manage it that matters. Even if you’re handling daily stressors well, prolonged stress can reduce your resilience and negatively impact your health. It can also lead to disengagement and burnout. Often, we don’t realize the impacts of stress as we’re living through it.
In this session, we’ll help you develop habits that increase your ability to manage stress and build resilience.
You’ll learn simple things you can do in the moment to change your attitude and see the positive side of stress. We’ll examine the health benefits of compassion, gratitude and mindfulness, and practice them in the session.
