The goal of the training is to assist participants in getting more done and assisting with achieving a more satisfying work-life balance. Participants will be asked to complete a few tasks prior to the workshop to ensure the information is tailored to their needs. While it is not required, it is highly encouraged so that each attendee gains the most out of the course.
