Does it seem as though you are working harder and longer than ever before and trying to keep up with an increasingly demanding workload? Most professionals are finding that their calendar is jammed with commitments and conflicts as feelings of stress and powerlessness mounts. This is not to mention to increasing desire to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Then, add the shifting norms related to COVID-19 and you have a recipe for chaos and stress. Sound all too familiar? Then take heart! I’ve developed a practical new approach to organizing your time in this Time Management & Organization Skills training. The goal of the training is to assist participants in getting more done and assisting with achieving a more satisfying work-life balance. Participants will be asked to complete a few tasks prior to the workshop to ensure the information is tailored to their needs. While it is not required, it is highly encouraged so that each attendee gains the most out of the course.
