COVID Conversations: Reflecting on Lessons Learned and the Path Forward for Chicagoland Nonprofits

  • Thursday, November 18, 2021
  • 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Zoom Meeting

Registration

Registration is closed
The pandemic has forced our sector to adapt, innovate and test new approaches to programming, fundraising and volunteerism—with limited interaction with others. Since we have not had an in-person WSPN program since February 2020, we haven’t had an opportunity to come together as members to share our learnings, network and look ahead with one another.

On Thursday, November 18th, join us for a series of Zoom breakout sessions to share your pandemic-era “wins” and to problem-solve challenges with your peers, such as:

- Building inclusive and culturally competent spaces

Planning fundraising events during and post-COVID

- Appreciating volunteers and staff

- Communicating impact to supporters

- Executing digital fundraisers

- Cultivating and engaging donors without face-to

   face interaction

- Overcoming burnout

    Note on program format:

This will be a Zoom Meeting set-up, where everyone can participate. We will start in a main room to give introductions and instructions. Then, we will open breakout rooms in 12-15 minute blocks with a few selected topics.  When we reconvene in the large group, you'll have the chance to change topics or continue in the same group.

This program qualifies for 1.5 CFREs
