The panel includes tenured CPA's with year's of practice working specifically with non-profits, as well as highly experienced NFP Chief Financial Officers. Topics for the panel will cover a variety of budget related subject areas from managing the budgeting cycle, to mirroring the mission financially, trends and tools for transparent reporting, risk management, as well as how to adapt throughout the fiscal year when revisions are needed, and important reminders for meeting full compliance.
