Employment & Employer Services (E&ES)
Reporting to and in partnership with the President/CEO, the Grant Writer/Development Manager (GWDM) will spearhead all development efforts for E&ES and determine the strategic development objectives, and work in partnership with our non-profit partner (The Journey Forward). The GWDM is responsible for developing and overseeing relationships with donors and funder prospects to meet the development objectives. The manager will have opportunities to build as well as influence the marketing, messaging and community engagement functions of the organization.

Skills and Experience
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a field role with a need to perform clerical and administrative duties in a physical office. Role requires an extensive amount of mobility.
Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
This position reports to the President & CEO and works in collaboration with E&ES and TJF staff.
Bachelor’s degree OR 3-5 years of experience in non-profit donor development

$65,000 - $75,000
